Dedicated Gissing ConteX handlers for low latency contributions *New!

With new optimised and dedicated handlers to interface Gissing RealtimeXL to Gissing ConteX MCS (RTXLI and RTXLO) you can publish data to, and subscribe to data from, Gissing ConteX MCS directly without routing it via your market data platform. This configuration can substantially reduce latency in contributed data. Should others in your organisation require your data, for pricing applications for example, both Gissing RealtimeXL and Gissing ConteX MCS can publish the data onto your market data platform without inserting any latency into the externally contributed data.

Reduce network traffic and CPU usage

Gissing RealtimeXL is designed to reduce the amount of duplicate subscriptions thus reducing network traffic and CPU usage allowing you to build larger and more powerful models. Typically Gissing RealtimeXL uses around half the machine resources of similar products, this means you can include more instruments and more processing in your sheet before you reach the limits of what Microsoft Excel can do on  your machine.

Gissing RealtimeXL also includes powerful subscription and contribution throttling controls enabling you to minimise network traffic.

Convert Existing Spreadsheets

A substantial part of the investment in real-time spreadsheets is the time, effort and intellectual property invested in the sheets themselves. Moving to another real-time spreadsheet add-in, while it may offer the promise of higher performance, lower processor and network usage, and reduced costs, can only deliver on those promises if your existing sheets can be converted to the functions used in the new product with a realistic investment in effort.
