Gissing FASTtunnel now available

As we reported in the May 2006 newsletter, Gissing announced a range of products to assist our clients address the requirements of MiFID, all of which use the FAST Protocol (FIX Adapted for Streaming). EU investigates inclusion of FI and GED in MiFID transparency

The level 2 MiFID documents made it clear that the best execution requirements applied to all financial instruments, not just equities. However it's not clear how this can be achieved in a financial instrument (such as bonds) where there is little or no transparency. To address this the EU has launched a call for evidence on the implementation of transparency in bond and other non-equity markets.
