Gissing Software announces the immediate withdrawal of support for the following Gissing ConteX MCS handlers:

ASCO ASCII Output Handler
EBMF EBM Feed Handler (SIA old EBM Price Feed)
EBMO EBM Output Handler (SIA old EBM Passive Orders and Trade Capture)
PCTF PCT Feed Handler (SIA old Repo Trade Capture)
TIBI Tiblink Input Handler
TMAP TMAP (ticker mapping) Handler
TRGI Telerate R4 Input Handler

These handlers are either obsolete due to changes in the systems to which they were designed to connect, or are no longer used by any Gissing clients. These handlers are no longer supported with immediate effect and will not be available in future releases of Gissing ConteX MCS.

A formal notification of this withdrawal was sent by email to supported clients on Friday August 10th 2007. If you didn’t receive this notice but believe you should have done, please contact Gissing Support and confirm the email address to which Gissing Product Announcements should be sent.

A full list of currently supported handlers, with descriptions of their functionality, is included here. A PDF or paper copy of this list is available either from your Gissing Business Development Manager or your Gissing Support Representative.
