Gissing RealtimeXL evaluation version soon to be made available on the Gissing website
In order that even more people can try Gissing RealtimeXL for themselves, we’ve decided to make an evaluation version of Gissing RealtimeXL available via our website for individuals to download, install and test.
The evaluation version of Gissing RealtimeXL is a fully-functional version of Gissing RealtimeXL Professional with an evaluation license which is valid for 60 days from the day of download.
Gissing RealtimeXL Professional can subscribe to multiple data sources including Reuters and Bloomberg simultaneously, and it can contribute data both to Reuters RMDS and directly to Gissing ConteX MCS. (Note: The evaluation version has Gissing ConteX MCS contribution disabled.)
There are a few conditions associated with using the evaluation version of Gissing RealtimeXL which include:
- You must agree to our evaluation agreement – this will be available on the website and you consent to be bound by it by submitting your request form. In particular this means that you may use the product only for evaluation purposes – you may not use it in a live production situation.
- You must be evaluating it for business purposes
- You must provide a valid email address – this is how we will send you the license key. The email address must be for a bona fide commercial organization – email addresses from providers such as Hotmail, MSN, Gmail, Yahoo! or an ISP mail system are unfortunately not acceptable
The documentation we include gives you details of what you need to know, or find out, about your system before you begin installing Gissing RealtimeXL – this is so that your installation will proceed as smoothly as possible.
You will need to have administration rights for your desktop system. If you don’t have these then you will need to contact your system administrator who may be able to perform the installation for you, give you the appropriate rights, or possibly arrange a separate test system for your evaluation. If you don’t have administration rights for the system on which Gissing RealtimeXL is to be evaluated then there’s no point in you requesting an evaluation version.
Should you require technical support either during the installation or afterwards, this will be available via email – contact details will be provided in the email message that contains your evaluation license key. We will respond as soon as we can, but we treat our existing paying clients with live production systems as our highest priority, and then our evaluation clients’ enquiries are dealt with in the order we received them.
We expect the evaluation form for Gissing RealtimeXL to be available on our website from mid-June.
